Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary contact point for all residential client interactions, managing inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups with the highest level of service excellence. Drive sales by understanding client needs and offering customized cleaning solutions, contributing to the growth of our home services division. Efficiently coordinate and schedule services, ensuring optimal satisfaction for clients and streamlined operations for our team. Manage daily office duties, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring a well-maintained and welcoming office environment. Handle all phone and email communications, responding in a timely, professional manner to maintain our standard of excellence and reliability. Maintain accurate records and data entry in our CRM system, ensuring detail-oriented management of client information and interactions. Candidate Qualifications: Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within a service-oriented industry, with a strong foundation in office administration. Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to manage detailed information accurately and efficiently. Proficient in Google Workspace and CRM systems, with a high level of accuracy in data entry and management. Demonstrated ability to manage office responsibilities, including daily operations and maintenance tasks, with a keen eye for detail. An energetic self-starter attitude, ready to take on tasks independently while driving sales and growth.
