Location Our Sr Product Manager will be an integral part of our global Product Managers team. This role is based remotely in the East or Central time zone of the US, Canada, in the United Kingdom or Ireland. The Opportunity DoiT believes that robust workflow and automation capabilities are essential for customers to achieve their desired outcomes when leveraging DoiT Cloud Intelligence. Workflows and Automation encompass a wide array of features, notably CloudFlow and Threads capabilities, enabling customers to automate actions and workflows in response to activities and events within DoiT Cloud Intelligence. The objective of our workflow and automation capabilities is to equip customers with tools to hold their teams accountable for executing tasks and responsibilities that are critical to achieving business outcomes, and to leverage automation to do so effectively. This helps foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and transparency, leading to greater operational efficiency, reduced risk, and improved ROI. DoiT is actively seeking a seasoned and dynamic Sr Product Manager to define our strategic roadmap and lead the execution of solutions to position us as leaders in this market. We are committed to moving swiftly to capitalize on opportunities. The successful candidate will shape the future of workflows and automation at DoiT and influence our customers’ cloud journeys. Responsibilities Develop deep contextual understanding of our business, clients, users, and their needs Proactively identify important problems to address in your primary focus area (competitive, strategic, customer, and company goals) Build a coherent strategy and roadmap with measurable objectives that align stakeholders and teams Develop requirements that align solutions to customer needs, define phased, rapid, iterative delivery with superior customer experience Drive, track, and document progress against plans with open communication amid change Collaborate with Executives and cross-functional leadership to align product strategy with company vision and operational needs Maintain competitive and market awareness to ensure sustained differentiation Verify readiness of features for release to clients Qualifications 5+ years in product or technical roles, building/implementing automation, workflow, Infrastructure as Code, Policy as Code for cloud operations and/or Cloud FinOps Established track record of implementing AI into products and leveraging AI in workflows Strong understanding of cloud and SaaS technologies and key user personas (Software Engineers, DevOps, SREs, Data Engineers, CIOs/CTOs, CFOs, IT Managers, etc.) Experience with IaC, policies, workflows and automation in SaaS/software products for technical users Self-motivated, independent, proactive; ability to triage, prioritize, drive consensus and lead cross-functional teams under pressure Ability to influence and work with traditional SDLC teams; able to lead when necessary Strong technical skills to engage with technical teams Ability to set expectations with a roadmap of technical and business objectives Adaptable to the fast-changing SaaS market and quick to pivot and learn Comfort making difficult decisions with imperfect data and gaining stakeholder buy-in Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written) Benefits Unlimited PTO Flexible Working Options Health Insurance Parental Leave Employee Stock Option Plan Home Office Allowance Professional Development Stipend Peer Recognition Program Many Do’r s, One Team.
