Wage: $ 16.00 per hr, 30 - 40 hrs per week, plus 4% remuneration for vacation pay of gross salary

Education: No Degree, Certificate or Diploma

Experience: 1 to less than 7 months

Specific Skills

• ¾ Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• ¾ Take customer orders at the counter and drive-thru using the POS system
• ¾ Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, specialty drinks, and iced cappuccinos
• ¾ Assemble and prepare food items including sandwiches, wraps, baked goods, and soups
• ¾ Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of front counter, beverage station, and guest areas
• ¾ Restock food, beverage, and paper supplies
• ¾ Package food and beverages for take-out orders
• ¾ Ensure accuracy and speed in order preparation and delivery
• ¾ Follow Tim Hortons brand standards for food safety, customer service, and product quality
• ¾ Work collaboratively with team members to meet service times and shift goals
• ¾ Receive and put away product deliveries following FIFO standards and safety protocols
