Education: No Degree, Certificate or Diploma
Experience: 1 to less than 7 months

Specific Skills
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders at the counter and drive-thru using the POS system
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, specialty drinks, and iced cappuccinos
- Assemble and prepare food items including sandwiches, wraps, baked goods, and soups
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of front counter, beverage station, and guest areas
- Restock food, beverage, and paper supplies
- Package food and beverages for take-out orders
- Ensure accuracy and speed in order preparation and delivery
- Follow Tim Hortons brand standards for food safety, customer service, and product quality
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet service times and shift goals
- Receive and put away product deliveries following FIFO standards and safety protocols
