What you’ll be doing as our new Data Processor:
- Process collection, import and QA of multiple data types (transactions, orders, inventory, etc.) from retail and distributor customers
- Conduct cleansing of data (mapping data to customer, identifying and deleting duplicates, analyzing, and filling gaps)
- Respond to inquiries by applying investigative problem solving and completing follow-through in a timely manner
- Retrieve, confirm, and update data that has been previously processed
- Work effectively between Account and Development Teams to ensure that data is collected and integrated in an accurate and consistent manner
Skills we’re looking for:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Exhibit passion for delivering superior client service by going above and beyond
- Logical and methodological approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently
- Energetic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple priorities using time management and organization skills
- Team player with the ability to work with a wide variety of people in local and remote locations
- Bilingual (French) a plus
Education that will help you succeed:
- Post-Secondary Education, preferably in Mathematics, Computer Science or Business. NEW GRADS WELCOME
- Experience with SQL is an asset
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Basic – Intermediate Excel skills are a must
