Process collection, import and QA of multiple data types (transactions, orders, inventory, etc.) from retail and distributor customersConduct cleansing of data (mapping data to customer, identifying and deleting duplicates, analyzing, and filling gaps)
Respond to inquiries by applying investigative problem solving and completing follow-through in a timely mannerRetrieve, confirm, and update data that has been previously processedWork effectively between Account and Development Teams to ensure that data is collected and integrated in an accurate and consistent mannerSkills we're looking for:
Outstanding verbal and written communication skillsExhibit passion for delivering superior client service by going above and beyondLogical and methodological approach to problem-solvingAbility to work independentlyEnergetic, self-motivated, and detail-orientedAbility to manage multiple priorities using time management and organization skillsTeam player with the ability to work with a wide variety of people in local and remote locationsBilingual (French) a plusEducation that will help you succeed:Post-Secondary Education, preferably in Mathematics, Computer Science or Business.
