As a Business Systems Architect, you’ll lead the design of scalable enterprise solutions connecting Salesforce, Snowflake, and Workato—powering automation and data‑driven decision‑making across our Revenue, Finance, and Product organizations. Lead technical implementation and coordinate with developers and admins to ensure delivery quality, performance, and compliance with enterprise standards. Collaborate with InfoSec and Compliance teams to uphold security and privacy requirements in system design and data movement. Oversee the implementation, integration, and upgrades of enterprise business systems (e.g., Salesforce, IronClad, Snowflake, Workato, Gong). Address system issues promptly and develop long‑term solutions to prevent recurring problems. What We Look For 7+ years of experience in Business Systems, Enterprise Applications, or Solution Architecture roles. Hands‑on expertise with Salesforce (Sales/Service/Experience Clouds), including data model design, integrations, and automation best practices.
