Global Network Engineering team is seeking an Associate Network Engineer to support the telephony infrastructure cloud transformation and ongoing engineering and support. This role involves PoC, design, deployment, migration and support of SIP Trunk, Webex Cloud, Oracle SBC, and Cisco CUCM, among others. Is this role right for you? Gather system information and business requirements to provide a solution design. Develop and maintain technical design documents, security design documents, MoP for migration, and operation documents for end‑user provisioning and MACDs. Act as an SME for telephony-related projects within the Bank. Prepare presentation documents and present to cross‑functional teams, Architecture Review Board, and Technical/Knowledge sharing forums. Test and validate new software and hardware through PoC, publish as enterprise standard via certification process. Implement changes to the production system, adhering to the Bank’s change management process (outside normal business hours). Assess requirements and provide system cost estimates to stakeholders. Liaise with vendors for installation and implementation of service requests. Implement network and voice monitoring and diagnosis tools. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system‑related incidents. On‑call rotation required (typically once every 4 weeks). Adhere to Bank policy and consistently execute job accountability and conduct in line with Bank culture values and policies. Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? 7+ years of experience in network/engineering design and deployment in a medium to large enterprise network. Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) in voice or above with 5+ years of work experience. 5+ years of hands‑on experience on Cisco Webex, Cisco CUCM, Expressway, Jabber MRA, WebEx client. Proficient in SIP protocol, RFC standards, and 5+ years of hands‑on experience on Oracle SBC and EOM product line. 3+ years of experience on Single Sign‑On (SSO) and LDAP/Azure AD integration. Knowledge of Mobile Device Management, Security Firewall, and Data Loss Protection. Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills to work with technical peers and business stakeholders up to VP level. Ability to provide business analysis and financial cost analysis. CCIE certification a plus. Oracle SBC professional certification is an asset. Knowledge of compliance/regulatory requirements in the Banking sector. Azure Cloud/AWS Cloud experience. Ability to analyze complex situations and problems and research multiple sources to arrive at innovative solutions. Ability to work as part of a team, independently or with minimal direction. Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage high‑scale projects. Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field. What's in it for you?
