Position: SAP SuccessFactors Solution Consultant Location: Ontario/Remote Job ID#: DLTJP Duration: 12 Months Job Summary On behalf of our client, a Big 4 Accounting/Consulting firm, we are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Solution Consultant to contribute to the rollout of SuccessFactors as the new HRIS across the organization. Key Responsibilities Facilitate discussions with key stakeholders in global Deloitte offices to support engagement activities, localization workshops, and adoption of SuccessFactors Demonstrate leading best practices and deep knowledge of HR processes with technology and business Act as advisor and subject matter expert on functional requirements and key program decisions to global offices Participate with client-facing and technical delivery teams to ensure the efficient elicitation and implementation of business solution functional requirements and non-functional requirements Provide leading-practice recommendations on standardized SuccessFactors implementation methodology and deployment activities Accountable for the timeliness and accuracy of necessary escalations, applicable project metrics, and status reporting within a project team and to client stakeholders for your area of responsibility Manage competing priorities and work through conflict resolutions between requirements and system limitations Qualifications 3+ years experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central required (other modules certifications are an asset) Lead design workshops for requirements gathering and guide project team on SAP best practices Excellent organization, analytical, planning, and leadership skills Provide support on demonstrations and creation of high-quality documentation such as process maps, training materials, etc. Ability to work individually and as part of a team to manage full lifecycle implementations Provide post go-live support where applicable as part of sustainment activities Experience in dealing with multiple projects and cross-functional teams and ability to coordinate across teams in a large matrix organization environment Strong relationship-building and consulting skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
