Job Responsibilities: Infuse Mobile Associates with passion for T-Mobile’s values by orienting them to a standard of loving our customers. Ensure customer needs are met, build confidence, and provide a simple, comfortable experience. Observe and give feedback on Mobile Associates’ customer interactions for development and coaching. Manage customer wait times, stay updated on products, services, and promotions. Lead by example, stay current on products and training, and ensure team meets success metrics. Maintain store environment quality, adhere to visual standards, and execute retail procedures. Ensure team knowledge of store systems and communications, deliver financial results, and manage expenses and discounts.
