Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure proper prioritization of merchandise receipts
• Organize back-of-house operations to company standards
• Implement effective stock replenishment processes
• Manage stock associate recruitment and training
• Support physical inventory and loss prevention initiatives
Requirements:
• 2+ years of management experience in retail
• Strong presentation and communication abilities
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Capacity to engage and understand customer needs
• Knowledge of inventory management protocols
