As part of Deckers Brands, the Stock Associate ensures inventory accuracy and supports daily store operations. Working closely with the Stock Lead, you will play an essential role in receiving shipments, addressing discrepancies, and assisting in product display on the sales floor to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and control stockroom inventory effectively
• Receive and handle product shipments accurately
• Contribute to visual merchandising on the sales floor
• Uphold safety protocols and security practices
• Deliver top-tier customer service and product assistance
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in retail management preferred
• High School Diploma necessary
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Flexible availability to support business needs
