Are you interested in building and teaching professional development curriculum for Yukon’s Education Assistants? Yukon University is looking for qualified individuals, on a casual basis, to develop and teach micro‑courses for Education Assistants. Areas of emphasis may include: The role of Educational Assistants in Schools Supporting Students with Complex Learning and Physical Needs Strategies for Supporting the Learning of Students with Individualized Education Plans Interprofessional Communications and Teamwork Qualifications The ideal candidate will have relevant master’s-level education and/or K-12 teaching experience. Prior curriculum development experience will be considered an asset.
