Prepare change notices or review change notices issued by the contract administration team. Track tasks to ensure they are completed accurately and within the assigned hours/fee. Respond to technical and financial queries related to the project. Keep the Principal‑in‑charge or Associate Principal informed of all changes in scope of work and prepare amendments to the contract (e.g., Request of Additional Fee—RAF) for client review and submission. Support accounts receivable processes. Ensure internal project team discipline coordination processes are complete. Prepare and monitor a schedule of tasks required to complete the project, including hours needed and critical data. Liaise with external consultants and vendors as required to ensure smooth project delivery. Organize and attend client meetings, including delivering presentations. Who You Are: Five or more years of project engineering experience in mechanical building services. P.Eng. or able to qualify within one year. A senior C.E.T. with equivalent experience and abilities will also be considered. Full understanding of relevant codes and standards, with the ability to communicate requirements to internal and external teams, owners, and authorities having jurisdiction. Advanced working knowledge of provincial building codes, ASHRAE, CSA, and NFPA standards. Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work independently. Ability to work in a complex environment, managing multiple projects and clients. Sound communication skills, demonstrated through client and staff relations. Experience working with other consultants and contractors, and coordinating major projects. Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, methods, and standards.
