Job Summary: Must have training experience in SAP Hana, BW, SAP SAC, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Cloud Integration Tool, BODS, BO, QlikView and Project Management. Responsibilities Train individuals and corporate customers on SAP Hana, BW, SAP SAC, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Cloud Integration Tool, BODS, BO, QlikView and Project Management. Develop curriculum for SAP solutions, prepare teaching materials and course outlines. Teach students using lectures, demonstrations, discussion groups, laboratory work, seminars, case studies, field assignments and independent or group projects. Advise students on curricula and career paths based on latest SAP trends. Prepare, administer, and grade tests and papers to evaluate progress and guide improvement. Provide individualized tutorial or remedial instruction as needed. Supervise independent or group projects, field placements, laboratory work, or hands‑on training. Provide consultation services to students, businesses, and other organizations. Serve on committees concerned with budgets, curriculum revision, and course requirements. Develop strong relationships with all services to create course materials and gather training feedback. Coordinate production of learning materials, design, printing, binding, scheduling, and room set‑up. Lead training of new and current employees and test trainees to measure progress. Encourage team learning of new skillsets to support company goals. Interact with prospective/current clients to provide analytic solutions. Coordinate with functional and technical teams for requirements. Deliver robust BW/HANA reports and dashboards and share knowledge with other team members. Analyze current BW system to recommend better cloud solutions. Use SAP Cloud Integration Tool, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP HANA Cloud. Create a Secure Data Integration (SDI) framework. Handle requirements, design, build, and testing of products. Assist customers in requirements elicitation. Manage SAP HANA data provisioning using the SLT replication server. Develop SAP HANA data models using Attribute View, Analytic View, and Calculation View. Have experience in BW on HANA, including creation of 7.4 scenarios. Implement SAP HANA reporting for different functional areas. Consume SAP HANA views on IDT to deliver business layers using web intelligence, handling complex scenarios with joins and SQL. Collect business requirements and define functional and technical specifications. Prepare project documentation. Participate in full life cycle implementation: ideation, requirements gathering, data modeling, mockup creation, and development. Set up HANA environments – add systems, create schemas, user roles, and manage data loads. Develop HANA column‑based tables and SQL script procedures, including data load suspension and resumption. Expertise in creating Attribute Views, Analytical Views, and Calculation Views in both graphical and SQL Script environments. Management or Administration Studies is a plus. 6+ years as a trainer in SAP Hana, BW, SAP SAC, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Cloud Integration Tool, BODS, BO, QlikView and independent creation of complex courses.
