Discover how you can make a difference in the lives of individuals, families and communities around the world.**Job Description:****About the role:**Reporting to the Director, Canada Compliance Programs and Governance, the Senior Manager, Compliance Intelligence and Analytics is responsible for supporting Canadian Compliance with a variety of technology, reporting and analytics initiatives.These responsibilities include leading the advancement of digital strategy within the function, reviewing large quantities of data, developing enhanced reporting, automation of various processes and performing various investigative and analytical tasks.* Lead modernization initiatives for Compliance reporting and Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) program governance, including development of automated reporting infrastructure, dashboards and KPIs* Undertake special projects that relate to Compliance, Analytics and Technology* Help inform technology solutions and Archer enhancements to facilitate long-term data and analytics strategy and drive better program insights* Build data models in Excel and/or other tools to support business needs.* Work closely with regional program (i.e. Conduct, Privacy, Financial Crimes) and Business Unit Compliance teams to produce specialized reports and data extracts, improve metrics, and facilitate monitoring activities* Serves as centre of excellence and knowledge within Canada Compliance for digital innovation and analytics, including developing and leading training and education campaigns as appropriate* Design, develop and implement business ad-hoc requests and analytical solutions using software such as Excel, SAS/SQL and Tableau.* Maintains historical data and reports and ensures the accuracy of the information.* Produce technical and user documentation to support created tools and dashboards* At least 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics.* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.* Strong, proven experience and high proficiency working with MS Suite products including PowerPoint, CoPilot, Excel (VBA and macros), SAS/ SQL* Excellent programming skills with a keen aptitude for learning new programming languages and analytics tools quickly.* Experienced in data visualisation tools such as Tableau.* Experience with ETL processes, data management, and process improvement.* Strong research, problem solving and analytical skills.* Efficiently manage expectations/concerns using strong relationship management and communication skills, both verbal and written* Ability to work independently, take initiative and prioritize work with a sense of urgency as required* Hybrid work environment* A friendly, collaborative, and inclusive culture* 20 vacation days per year* Flexible Benefits from the day you join to meet the needs of you and your family* Pension, stock and savings programs to help build and enhance your future financial security* The opportunity to move along a variety of career paths with amazing networking potential* Access to our Global Learning Centre, available 24/7 for your learning needs* Wellness programs that support the three pillars of your health – mental, physical and financial**Recent Awards:*** We are honoured to be recognized as a 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025 **Best Workplaces in Canada** by Great Place to Work Canada* Great Place to Work list for **Best Workplaces for #HybridWork** 2022* Great Place to Work list for **Best Workplaces for Professional Development in Canada** 2022* Named “**Best Places to Work**” by Glassdoor, 2021 and 2023The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted.
