We are looking for a volunteer Web Content Manager

Are you a web content person who is passionate about digital marketing and social impact? BrainTrainr, a nonprofit organization dedicated to democratizing AI education, is looking for a Web Content Manager (Volunteer) to help us amplify our mission and engage our growing community online.

Commitment: 15 hours/month

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage BrainTrainr's website (Webflow) architecture, content updates, and performance.
  • Administer hosting, domains, email marketing integrations, and platform tools.
  • Develop and manage web content, ensuring timely updates and alignment with marketing and educational objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility, security, and data privacy protocols.
  • Provide technical support and training to internal team members for content edits and platform use.
  • Recommend improvements to digital tools and website functionality.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Webflow and web design principles.
  • Knowledge of domain management, web hosting environments, and digital security.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) .
  • Strong understanding of content strategy and digital storytelling.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Google Analytics, Notion, Slack, etc.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
