Courier Team Lead – FedEx Canada This is an interview position. The role supports management in overseeing daily sort, delivery/pickup activities and remote domicile location/feeder operations (where applicable). The lead ensures best practices and effective operations, and models leadership for hourly employees by demonstrating strong communication, conflict resolution, and leadership ability through Best Practices methods. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Must possess a valid driver’s licence and have a good driving record. Must successfully complete all basic and recurrency training, including DG specialist certification, and maintain accreditation through yearly training prior to expiration. Maintain current training in BP and defensive driving/process updates. Good understanding of FedEx products, services, and general operations. Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment. Some knowledge of Federal Express operations and Canadian customs regulations is an asset. Solid communications/interpersonal skills; ability to motivate, coach, and train employees on the job. Ability to prioritize and delegate in a time‑sensitive manner. Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, customer relations, and communication skills. Good analytical, problem‑solving, prioritization, and organization skills. Team player. Required Education High school diploma or equivalent. Experience Requirements One (1) year of current courier experience. Preferred Qualifications Personal Development Stream of Excel (preferred). Pay Transparency Pay: (Details not provided). Additional Details Note this is a temporary position for a period of up to 12 weeks. Shift is Wed‑Sun with a 7 am start.
