Act as an escalation point for L1 operations members, troubleshooting issues and training on product-specific domains. Design and implement tailored operational deployments for our FedRAMP-certified platform. Work Location Burlington, Mass (In-Office / Hybrid) Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. A minimum of 8 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering A minimum of 3 years of experience working with DevOps for a FedRAMP product Strong programming skills in Go, Python, or Shell Mastery of modern platform technologies: Kubernetes, Terraform, GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux), and monitoring (Prometheus, etc.) Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills. Strong communication abilities to effectively collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders. Experience with cloud governance, FinOps optimization, networking security, compliance frameworks, and deployment automation (canary deployments, feature flags) a bonus.
