How You Will Make an Impact As a key member of our team, you’ll play a vital role in our clients' hearing journeys. You’ll collaborate with clients, healthcare teams, and our wider network to deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities Conducting comprehensive audiological assessments Recommending Assistive Listening Devices Performing hearing instrument evaluations and fittings Providing ongoing client follow‑ups and instrument checks Cerumen management (if within your scope of practice) Offering counseling and aural rehabilitation Conducting diagnostic testing for ENT specialists What You’ll Bring A Master’s Degree in Audiology or Hearing Instrument Specialist Certification Registration in good standing with the applicable Provincial College or professional association Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team‑oriented environment What We Offer Competitive compensation package Generous paid time off including 15 days vacation Bonus Incentive Program Healthcare and Dental for employee and dependents Access to ongoing training and development CASLPO/AHIP membership and licensing fees as well as annual conferences (CAA/AHIP) Corporate discounts through perkopolis and discounted rates to GoodLife Fitness and on select Demant products This position is a 12‑month contract with possibility of extension.
