Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to join our Payment Platforms team to lead the development and evolution of Authorization products, including the Payment Host and Encryption Platform. This is a high-impact role where that includes working with our data science and engineering teams to integrate ML/AI capabilities into our products, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and deliver exceptional user experiences for thousands of merchants across Canada. You have a strong bias for action, demonstrating the ability to quickly assess situations, make informed decisions, and execute plans effectively. You'll own the full product lifecycle—from strategy and roadmap development to execution and go-to-market—while working with internal teams and external partners such as card brands to identify latest trends and unlock new opportunities. If you have experience building resilient, secure, and forward-thinking payment infrastructure, we'd love to connect. Location: You will be based in our Toronto office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility. Reporting Relationship : You will report to the Director of Product. Your Moneris Career - What you'll do Lead the Authorization Product Strategy: Define and drive the roadmap for Authorization products, including Payment Host and Encryption services, aligned with Moneris' strategic goals. Drive Innovation with External Partners: Collaborate with card brands and industry partners to identify trends, assess new technologies, and bring innovative capabilities to market. Deliver End-to-End Product Ownership: From ideation to launch, manage the full product lifecycle, ensuring solutions are secure, compliant, and scalable. Champion Agile Execution: Lead an Agile team, manage the product backlog, and ensure transparency and alignment across partners. Set and Track OKRs: Establish clear objectives and key results to measure product success and optimize based on data and feedback Collaborate Across the Business : Work with Technology, Compliance, Sales, and Customer Support to ensure product readiness, regulatory alignment, and customer-centric design. Manage Product Financials: Oversee product P&L, contribute to strategic planning, and identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor the competitive landscape and regulatory environment to ensure Moneris remains a leader in secure payment authorization. Your Moneris Career - What you bring 8+ years of relevant experience including 5 years in Product Management focused on payments or financial technology Deep technical understanding of payment infrastructure, including Payment Hosts, Gateways, and Encryption technologies. Proven experience working with external partners such as card networks, processors, or FinTech innovators. Strong Agile expertise , with experience leading cross-functional teams. Customer-first mindset with a passion for solving complex problems and delivering exceptional user experiences. Entrepreneurial spirit and able to drive clarity and alignment across diverse teams. Excellent communication and collaboration skills , with the ability to influence at all levels. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence: Experience with machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies is highly desirable.
