Director of Revenue Operations

As Director of Revenue Operations, you will power the core engine that supports Scalepad's GTM teams. You will lead CS Operations, Billing, Sales Operations, and GTM Tech Stack Management to ensure consistent and on‑time execution across all functions. You will run the operating rhythm that keeps Sales, Customer Success, and Finance aligned and moving forward. This includes clear intake processes, timely follow‑up, and reliable data that supports confident, fast decision‑making. Your focus is operational excellence: building dependable processes, removing friction, and creating clarity so leadership can stay focused on innovation, strategy, and growth. Responsibilities. RevOps Intake & Operating Rhythm: Own the RevOps intake queue, including triage, prioritization, task assignment, and tracking to closure with clear SLAs and defined escalation paths. Run a predictable operating cadence (standups, status updates, weekly operational reviews) that turns incoming requests into completed outcomes. GTM Tech Stack Stewardship- Operational ownership across: HubSpot / GetAccept: Maintain user hygiene, permissions, views and lists, template governance, and approval routing in partnership with Sales Operations. Coordinate major structural changes with IT and GTM Engineering. Chargebee & Chargebee Receivables: Support billing workflows, manage invoice and collections exceptions, and ensure month‑end readiness in collaboration with Finance. Gainsight (CS, CE, PX, Community): Maintain playbook hygiene, ensure execution of health‑signal workflows, and support renewal checklist readiness with CS Ops leadership. Zendesk: Maintain intake categories, routing hygiene, macro governance, and SLA monitoring with Support. Gong, Email, LinkedIn: Oversee usage governance, tagging and library hygiene, and outreach conventions with Sales Operations. AI-Enabled Operational Execution: Use AI features within the GTM stack (call summaries, meeting notes, email drafts, checklist generation) to accelerate routine work while applying human review. Monitor AI- and system‑generated alerts (SLA breaches, data anomalies) to trigger timely follow‑ups, and elevate deeper changes to the appropriate platform owners. Lead the CS Ops, Billing, and Sales Ops analyst team through capacity planning, 1:1s, coaching, performance management, and hiring collaboration. Foster a culture of clarity, documentation, and predictable delivery. Governance & Risk Management: Uphold access controls, change‑management checklists, audit trails, and post‑change validation. Escalate vendor, platform, and security concerns to IT as needed. Timezone & Operational Coverage Maintain core Pacific hours with availability for occasional East Coast operational emergencies.
