PRIMARY PURPOSE: As a senior technical leader in the field of expertise, to aid in development, revision and implementation of technical standards that govern the way EFI conducts operations in a given service line using advanced understanding and knowledge of the EFI Global policies and industry standards to perform forensic investigations/analysis. This includes addressing issues of a regional or national scope; writing, implementing, and promoting standard practices in keeping with EFI Global cultural values and policies; and working with senior technical experts from other EFI Global service lines to develop cooperative activities beneficial to EFI Global’s success. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES Performs technical fieldwork and reporting as required as prescribed by company policy and industry standards. Acts as a mentor to professional staff in field of expertise overseeing the professional development of professional staff in field of expertise. Provides input and makes suggestions for training initiatives of employees in field of expertise. Assists in policy/procedure development and implementation. Promotes EFI Global capabilities to expand business opportunities with client companies. 30-50% billability expectation with a mix of field/normal office working condition. May represent EFI Global in meetings and other forums with clients within government, public service, or private sector organizations. ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES Performs other duties as assigned. Supports the organization's quality program(s). Travels as required. QUALIFICATIONS Education & Licensing Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university preferred. Advanced degree preferred. Experience Ten (10) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Skills & Knowledge Must have knowledge of or demonstrate experience with project management.
