PRIMARY PURPOSE:  As a senior technical leader in the field of expertise, to aid in development, revision and implementation of technical standards that govern the way EFI conducts operations in a given service line using advanced understanding and knowledge of the EFI Global policies and industry standards to perform forensic investigations/analysis.  This includes addressing issues of a regional or national scope; writing, implementing, and promoting standard practices in keeping with EFI Global cultural values and policies; and working with senior technical experts from other EFI Global service lines to develop cooperative activities beneficial to EFI Global's success.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs technical fieldwork and reporting as required as prescribed by company policy and industry standards.
  • Acts as a mentor to professional staff in field of expertise overseeing the professional development of professional staff in field of expertise.
  • Provides input and makes suggestions for training initiatives of employees in field of expertise.
  • Assists in policy/procedure development and implementation.
  • Promotes EFI Global capabilities to expand business opportunities with client companies.
  • 30-50% billability expectation with a mix of field/normal office working condition.
  • May represent EFI Global in meetings and other forums with clients within government, public service, or private sector organizations.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Supports the organization's quality program(s).
  • Travels as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Licensing
Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university preferred.  Advanced degree preferred.

Experience
Ten (10) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

  • Must have knowledge of or demonstrate experience with project management.
