**Job Title: Machine Operator****Job Description**Operate, monitor, and adjust high-speed packaging or production equipment independently to meet efficiency and output goals. Ensure quality by checking products and packaging boxes with the products.**Responsibilities**Independently operate high-speed packaging or production equipment.Monitor equipment performance and adjust settings as necessary.Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.Package products into boxes efficiently and accurately.**Essential Skills**Experience with production and packing processes.Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).Proficiency in machine operation and packaging.General labor skills.**Work Environment**The work environment is a large manufacturing facility equipped with state-of-the-art, heavily automated machinery. The facility is temperature-controlled and exceptionally clean, adhering to GMP requirements, which include the use of personal protective equipment such as hairnets, beardnets, and coats. Safety shoes are also required. The facility employs approximately 400-500 individuals, with about 100 people per crew across four crews. The schedule is based on a 24/7 operation with rotating continental day and night shifts (7 AM - 7 PM and 7 PM - 7 AM).
