What you’ll do Architect and deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance data platforms using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Purview, and Azure services. Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and roadmap development with stakeholders ranging from technical teams to C-level executives. Represent the organization at conferences, webinars, and community events. Publish blogs, whitepapers, and contribute to the broader data community. Mentor junior consultants and architects. Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure successful client engagements and solution adoption. Stay ahead of Microsoft Fabric updates and roadmap. Prototype new capabilities and contribute to internal IP and solution accelerators. What you’ll bring to the table 8+ years in data architecture, analytics, or BI roles 3+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and related services Deep knowledge of Power BI, OneLake, Lakehouse architecture, Dataflows Gen2, Real-Time Analytics, and Notebooks Strong understanding of Azure Data Lake, Synapse, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 integrations Experience with CI / CD pipelines, Git integration, and deployment automation Proven success in client-facing roles, including strategy and delivery Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences Bonus points for Microsoft Certified : Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Data Engineer Associate Microsoft MVP or MCT designation Experience integrating AI / ML into Fabric workflows Bilingual (English / French) Familiarity with Canadian data residency and compliance regulations (e.g., PIPEDA) Not sure if you qualify?
