Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality software. Architect and implement reusable components and libraries using Angular or React. Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and best practices. Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation. Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and agile ceremonies. Deliver solutions tailored to the needs of Global Banking & Markets, with a focus on performance, security, and reliability. Oversee the creation and maintenance of project and technical documentation. Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow to develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation. Qualifications Experience leading front-end teams and delivering enterprise web applications. Proficiency with Angular or React and modern front-end tooling. Strong understanding of performance, security, and reliable software design. Solid experience with code reviews, testing strategies, and software quality practices.
