Account Manager (Canada/US) - Client Relations & Delivery IAM Ping Specialist – UID Operate Services (L3) Location: Remote Job Summary We are seeking an experienced IAM Ping Specialist (L3) to support and manage the enterprise OneUID SSO platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Ping Identity technologies , operational support, troubleshooting, SSO integrations, and compliance activities. This is a hands‑on, high‑availability operational role requiring strong analytical and communication skills. UID Operate Services Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and problem tickets related to OneUID SSO Platform. Monitor overall health, performance, and stability of OneUID SSO services. Perform root‑cause analysis and drive problem management activities. Generate analytical reports to identify LDAP Gateway or network issues; take corrective action or coordinate with Ping Identity Support. Facilitate troubleshooting and case resolution with vendor support teams. Support OneUID services including: PingID MFA enrollment issues New rollouts such as passwordless authentication IdP SAML certificate renewals and SP SAML metadata updates Maintain and update OneUID Wiki with latest processes and configurations. Prepare and publish weekly operational reports covering: Incident trends Analytical metrics Operational project updates MTP coverage SSO login analytics (accounts, lockouts, application usage) Application Onboarding & Integration Support Support production deployment and onboarding of ~50 new applications per month integrating with SSO. Review and follow engineering team documentation to ensure smooth application onboarding. Ongoing Development & Change Management Perform LDAP Gateway version upgrades and monitoring post‑upgrade. Apply configuration changes within PingFederate: Create/update IdP adapters and selectors. Update HTML/messages templates. Create/update Authentication Policy Trees and fragments. Create/update OAuth ATMs and OIDC policies. Audit & Compliance Support Provide quarterly SOX audit evidence (screenshots, reports) while masking sensitive information. Participate in audit walkthroughs with internal and external auditors. Support audit teams with required documentation for SSO‑integrated applications. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years overall IT experience , with strong Identity & Access Management background. Minimum 3+ years hands‑on L3 experience with Ping Identity suite (PingFederate, PingAccess, PingID). Strong understanding of SAML, OAuth, OIDC, MFA, and federation protocols. Experience with LDAP directories and LDAP Gateway operations. Strong troubleshooting skills for platform‑level and integration‑level issues. Experience with SSL certificate lifecycle management. Ability to manage high‑volume application onboarding. Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills. Experience supporting compliance and audit activities (SOX preferred).
