Nous recherchons un consultant Okta compétent et motivé pour rejoindre notre équipe à distance. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la mise en œuvre, de la configuration et du support des solutions Okta afin d'améliorer les capacités de gestion des identités et des accès (IAM) de nos clients. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins, concevoir des solutions efficaces et assurer une intégration fluide avec leurs systèmes existants.

Responsabilités principales :

Consultation et évaluation :

  • Collaborer avec les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins métier et leurs exigences en matière de GIA.
  • Réaliser des évaluations des environnements d'identité existants et fournir des recommandations stratégiques pour les solutions Okta.

Mise en œuvre et configuration :

  • Déployer et configurer les solutions Okta, y compris Okta Identity Cloud, SSO, MFA et Lifecycle Management.
  • Intégrer Okta aux systèmes des clients, notamment les applications cloud et sur site, Active Directory et d'autres fournisseurs d'identité.

Personnalisation et résolution de problèmes :

  • Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des politiques, des flux de travail et des configurations personnalisés pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques des clients.
  • Identifier et résoudre les problèmes techniques liés aux déploiements et intégrations Okta.

Qualifications :

  • Diplôme de licence en informatique, technologies de l'information ou dans un domaine connexe (ou expérience équivalente).
  • 3+ années d'expérience en gestion des identités et des accès, avec un focus sur Okta.
  • Bonne connaissance des produits Okta, y compris SSO, MFA, Universal Directory et Lifecycle Management.
  • Expérience avec des protocoles tels que SAML, OAuth, OIDC et LDAP.
  • Expérience pratique d'intégration d'Okta avec des services cloud (ex. : AWS, Azure, GCP) et des systèmes d'entreprise.
  • Familiarité avec les langages de script (ex. : PowerShell, Python ou JavaScript) pour des intégrations personnalisées.
  • Certifications Okta (ex. : Okta Certified Professional, Okta Certified Administrator) sont un atout.
  • Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et capacité à travailler de manière autonome dans un environnement à distance.
  • Solides compétences en communication et relations interpersonnelles.

Compétences requises :

  • Connaissance des bonnes pratiques IAM et des cadres de sécurité.
  • Expérience avec d'autres outils IAM (ex. : SailPoint, Ping Identity).
  • Familiarité avec les pipelines DevOps et CI/CD.
