As the Landscape Architect, you are responsible for: Design and Project Leadership Lead or contribute to the full design process for both residential and commercial landscape projects Develop conceptual plans using 3D design software such as Vizterra Produce construction drawings, planting plans, and detailed technical drawings using Vectorworks and related tools Collaborate with clients, fellow designers, consultants, and construction teams to bring design intent to life Present design concepts to clients with confidence and clarity Collaboration and development Mentor and support junior design staff through ongoing feedback and development Foster a collaborative and enthusiastic work culture that values creativity and continuous learning Support cross‑functional teamwork between design, construction, and operations teams Business Development and Strategic Growth Assist in proposal development, client presentations, and early‑stage scoping Guide commercial project documentation, permitting, and execution processes Contribute to the company’s long‑term design culture, vision, and commercial project expansion Represent the firm with professionalism in meetings with clients and community stakeholders You and Your Experience: Registered Landscape Architect and member of MALA 5+ years of progressive experience in both residential and commercial landscape architecture Strong knowledge of permitting, documentation, and construction processes Proficient in Vectorworks, VizTerra, SketchUp, and related tools Confident presenting and engaging with clients, consultants, and partners Experienced leading teams and mentoring junior designers Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and ready to roll up your sleeves Passionate about inspiring others and raising the bar for landscape architecture in Manitoba What Geller’s has to offer: Competitive salary based on experience and skills Motivating profit sharing system and open book management Annual budget for professional development and continuing education Paid downtown parking Flexible hybrid work schedule A supportive, fun, and purpose‑driven team culture About the company: Geller’s is a proudly family‑run business driven by a passion for exceptional outdoor living and thoughtful landscape design.
