Job Overview:
B&B Landscape & Cartage Inc. is a West St Paul based multifaceted commercial landscaping, construction and hauling company. For over 30 years we have been a leading contractor with a strong commitment to employee development, safety and customer relations.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Evaluate, interpret tender documents, drawings and specifications.
- Prepare and submit estimates, schedules, and other contract requirements.
- Prepare and participate in meetings with project owners, architects, consultants and subcontractors.
- Organize and maintain project site files and documents.
- Assist on projects by providing layout and grade stakes.
- Order and arrange delivery of landscape and construction materials.
- Participate in safety program including tailgate meetings, hazard assessments and safe work plans.

**Requirements**:

- Civil Engineering Diploma or degree, Construction Management Degree, or CET, or equivalent training and experience.
- Experience landscaping or civil construction.
- Experience surveying or material testing considered an asset.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Self motivated, reliable and driven work ethic.
- Possess strong time management and organizational skills.
- Class 5 license (class 3A considered an asset).
- Ability to work 50 hours a week during summer months.

Experience: Project management: 2 years (preferred).
