Permanent Position: Restaurant Manager Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full time, Overtime, Weekend, Morning, Day, Evening No. of vacancies: 2 Wage Rate: $36.70 per hour for 37.5 hours per week. Overtime will be paid after 40.00 hours. Work Location: E Mount Lehman Rd, Abbotsford, BC V2T 0C5 Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible Education: High School required. College diploma an asset. Experience: 1 -2 years of relevant experience. Language: Strong English skills Work Setting: Restaurant. Benefits: 100% extended medical and dental coverage will be offered. Job Duties: Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations of the restaurant. Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures. Recruit staff and oversee staff training. Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices. Respond to customer complaints. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance. Should be customer service oriented. Essential Skills: Written and oral communication; Working with others; Organized; Reliability.
