Responsibilities Oversee the performance of processes and employees at Antec Controls. Organize, manage, and evaluate the effective utilization of resources. Manage orders and ensure customer needs are met. Troubleshoot production issues with support from senior operators. Provide appropriate and consistent feedback to direct reports. Coach and collaborate with team members to ensure high‑quality products are built in a safe, cost‑effective, timely manner. Ensure departmental compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills, with an eye for detail. High level of critical thinking and accountability. Process‑driven, self‑motivated, and able to take initiative. Aptitude and desire for customer service excellence. Ability to work unsupervised in a fast‑paced environment. Experience in a manufacturing environment with a mandate for safety and quality. Excellent communication skills. Willingness and ability to learn the technical requirements of the product. 3‑5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Aptitude for reading blueprints and engineering drawings. Strong leadership skills and the ability to effect and champion change.
