**Production Supervisor
- Morning Shift**

Diva Delights is pleased to offer a FULL time employment opportunity as a **Production Assistant Supervisor for our Morning shift**. We are confident you will find this position both rewarding and challenging as you become part of our great team in this **fast paced** production environment.
- Have previous experience supervising experience - supervising teams of at least 10 or more people
- Have previous experience working in a manufacturing facility - (food manufacturing an asset)
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers in production, and packaging of baking products as well as all required Daily, Weekly and Monthly sanitation tasks.
- Communicates with all other supervisors via production updates and final reports
- Oversee and support the production of automatic machinery, such as mixing, filling, slicing and packaging machines to ensure specified quality standards and production schedules
- Set up and adjust production and packaging machines for production
- Assist with training new workers on required operational procedures, quality and food safety standards, and monitor new and existing staff for deficiencies / retraining that might be required
- Responsible to ensure that all required operational records are filled out accurately as required
- Carry out and document disciplinary actions as required

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma
- At least 3-5 years’ experience as a supervisor, preferably in a Manufacturing (production) facility
- Experience supervising groups of 10 or more staff
- Experience in a food manufacturing facility an asset
- Food Safety knowledge preferred
- Experience in a production facility

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
