Work afternoon shifts as a Seasonal Distribution Centre Associate with Carter’s Inc. in Cambridge, Ontario, using RF scanners and warehouse skills.
Carter’s Inc. Canada seeks full-time Seasonal Associates for its on-site Canada Distribution Centre. This contract runs from November to January 2027 and supports Carter’s, OshKosh B’gosh, Skip*Hop, and Little Planet products. The position reports to the Afternoon Supervisor and focuses on order fulfillment, inventory, safety, and warehouse compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, label, and verify outbound cartons accurately
- Use Radio Frequency scanners during distribution activities
- Manage inventory through cleanup and replenishment
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety rules
- Maintain housekeeping and minimum performance standards
Requirements:
- Complete powered materials handling equipment training successfully
- Use mechanized equipment safely and proficiently
- Maintain focus in a high-activity processing setting
- Work closely with others as part of a team
- Lift cases weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively
Support Carter’s distribution operations in Cambridge through accurate picking, RF scanning, inventory management, and safe warehouse execution.
