Support e-commerce fulfillment at Carter's in Cambridge, Ontario, using RF scanners and accurate picking and packing during the morning shift.
This full-time seasonal associate assignment runs from November to January 2027 at Carter's Canada distribution centre. Reporting to the Ecomm Supervisor, you will process customer orders, manage inventory, and maintain warehouse compliance. The on-site role requires teamwork, focus, and flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately
- Label cartons with shipping and content information
- Manage inventory cleanup and replenishment
- Process packing exceptions, including shortages
- Ship orders within defined service levels
Requirements:
- Use mechanized equipment as needed
- Work effectively through changing priorities
- Maintain focus in high-activity processing settings
- Work closely with others
- Lift cases weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly
Bring careful order fulfillment, RF scanner use, and inventory accuracy to Carter's seasonal distribution operations in Cambridge.
