Working closely with members of the Wellness, Culture + Engagement team, the incumbent will participate in the full spectrum of talent acquisition for the entire firm. They will contribute to the optimization of the DB employer brand and develop innovative strategies to attract and retain top talent. With 4 places of business and several colleagues currently in virtual mode, the coordinator's mandate will be to ensure a candidate experience that is as extraordinary as it is uniform within these different environments, in order to contribute to team cohesion, commitment and quality of life on a daily basis. Bachelor’s degree in human resources/industrial relations or administration with HR concentration; 2-4 years’ relevant experience with the full recruitment cycle; Experience in a professional services firm is a valuable asset; Dedicated team player with a creative mind; Self‑motivated, flexible and an inspiring writer Enthusiasm, energy, judgment and autonomy; Technocool (a new word () meaning curiosity and natural ease with new technologies) DB combines the agility and sought‑after atmosphere of a medium‑sized firm with the scope and expertise of larger firms.
