We provide financial support for professional development and training. About the Role The Software Developer Co-op writes front and back-end code that drives ITRG products. They will learn how to work in a product development team; write code that powers/drives ITRG products (front and back end) and learn from various Sr. Developers to improve development skills. Key Activities/Tasks Completes development coding and testing using Ruby on Rails. Participates in sprint and feature planning. Sits in on sessions. Takes product vendor requirements and designs solutions. Participates in code reviews. Education And Experience College/university degree in progress Some experience in programming work through small or hobby projects Skills Software Development: Ability to code in some language. Does not have to be Ruby on Rails. Web Development: Some familiarity. Participates in web development. Collaboration: Work is completed within project teams. Communication: Needs to communicate with stakeholders and project owners. Problem Solving: Able to take a business requirement and develop appropriate solution.
