This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced lathe machinist who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys mentoring others. You''ll work on custom, small-run projects and play a key role in supporting junior machinists while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team.**Key Responsibilities**Set up and operate manual or CNC lathe machines according to blueprints and specificationsManufacture small-batch, precision components and prototypesTroubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during productionProvide guidance and mentorship to junior machinistsMaintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all machining tasks**What You Bring**Minimum**5 years of machining experience** , with strong proficiency in manual or CNC lathe operationsSolid blueprint reading and interpretation skillsAbility to work independently and meet tight deadlinesStrong communication and teamwork skillsA proactive approach to problem-solving and mentoring**Work Environment**You''ll be part of a close-knit team of five floor staff and a production manager.
