Overview Open Arms Patient Advocacy is seeking an Alberta-based Fundraising Director to support our mission in virtual format. The position is open virtually with an ASAP start date. Responsibilities Seek, plan, and initiate fundraising opportunities in collaboration with the Board of Directors. Collaborate with the Board Chair and Treasurer to pursue grant opportunities and assist in grant writing. Support the promotion of Society Memberships, Sponsorships, and Partnerships with the Marketing & Outreach Team. Develop relationships with major donors, identify new potential major donors, and nurture relationships. Lead fundraising projects such as the annual silent auction and manage volunteers for fundraising projects. Requirements No mandatory requirements. Candidates are encouraged to share their interest even if they may fit a different opportunity within our organization. Key skills include fundraising and volunteer management.
