Job Description:Job Description PAY IS DOE Eramosa, a CIMA+ owned company, is a specialist firm providing electrical and instrumentation & control engineering to the water and energy sectors. We offer our clients a holistic approach to implementing technology solutions for process control applications to meet their business requirements. We provide conceptual, preliminary, detailed design, commissioning and construction administration services, as well as full networking, programming, information technology, and SCADA System solutions. Our team works with our clients throughout the project lifecycle and provides ongoing support post system start-up. We are currently looking for an individual that is interested in a full time Team Leader role for a System Integration (SI) team. The successful applicant will have five or more years’ experience in the field of System Integration in a managerial role and will be responsible for managing a team of up to five or more SIs. This role is based in our Toronto, Ontario office and is thus responsible for managing the team and clients supported through this branch. Responsibilities of the position include:Project ManagementInvoicingPlanning, Executing, Monitoring, Controlling and Closing ProjectsBusiness DevelopmentProposal developmentManaging and developing client relationsMentoring and Coaching of Team Member Technical Skills as well as Soft Skills including Time Management and CommunicationTechnical LeadPAC/PLC/RPU/RTU/DCS programing for various manufacturer platforms (GE, Emerson, Schneider, Allen-Bradley, ControlWave)SCADA/HMI programming for various manufacturers (GE Proficy, iFix, GE Cimplicity, Wonderware InTouch and Industrial Application Server, Wonderware System Platform, Rockwell FactoryTalk and RS View, Inductive Automation)Developing Process Control Narrative and I/O ListsDeveloping contract documentsOverseeing contract administrationDeveloping Control Schematics, Single Line Diagrams, and Panel DrawingsPLC &SCADA programmingFactory Acceptance Tests and Site Acceptance TestsSite start up and commissioningTrainingTroubleshooting and support We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter, preferably with five or more years of management experience in the field of System Integration and SCADA development/programming. An educational background in Control Systems, Engineering/Technology, Electrical Engineering or Computer Programming is required. The successful candidate must have a strong command of the English language, both written and verbal. The successful candidate will have the ability to complete assigned work as directed in a timely fashion, and work independently while functioning well within Eramosa’s strong team environment.
