Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic, experienced specialist/team leader that will help Bridges Health ensure quality and proactive case management strategies are being identified, provide some support to the team and enjoy creating reports to demonstrate value to our customers.

Key Responsibility:

  • Primarily focused on case review and auditing, your experience and background will allow you to identify opportunities and establish a follow up pattern to ensure any necessary actions are taken.
  • Oversee the timely and accurate handling of new and ongoing disability cases with adherence to customer uniqueness.
  • Help support some aspects of the team with approvals, guidance, support as necessary.
  • Maintain effective communication with case management consultants, leadership and customers as needed.
  • Ensure clear and clean documentation with call to action identified for each analyzed case.
  • Help address complex case issues and provide guidance to resolution based on industry best direction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in disability case management, with at least 2 years at an LTD or senior WCB level.

Attributes for success:

  • Strong understanding and ability to recognize and position case management strategies.
  • Ability to articulate findings and coach for future outcome changes.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in reviewing and documenting case findings.
  • Proficiency in using case management software, Microsoft Office Suite, sharepoint, etc.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple demands through prioritization and maintain pro-active scheduling of case reviews.
