Overview Swiftly is on a mission to help cities move more efficiently. Note: This role is remote-friendly within the U.S. and select international locations; visa sponsorship is not available at this time. About The Role Senior Product Manager focused on data-centric web products to support transportation agencies and transit riders. You will lead platform initiatives that broaden Swiftly’s reach and multiply product value, including identity and access management, APIs and MCPs, localization, and internal product operations. What You'll Do Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to identify and prioritize product opportunities Conduct user and market research, including customer site visits Collaborate on ideation and prototyping to explore solution spaces Identify feasibility, usability, value, and business viability risks and mitigate them Champion iteration, agility, and rapid course-correction based on data Define success metrics and measure outcomes with honesty and curiosity Maintain a refined backlog aligned with user needs and business goals Lead or participate in team ceremonies Partner with marketing to bring products and features to market Collaborate with customer-facing teams to share product knowledge and incorporate insights Coordinate with other product teams to address shared challenges and opportunities Aim to ship useful, engaging, and high-quality products across teams What Will Set You Up For Success 5+ years in software product management B2B web experience required; consumer experience is a plus Interest in identity and access management, APIs and MCPs, localization, accessibility, or enterprise-readiness Track record of growing product impact through cross-functional initiatives Experience collaborating with designers and engineers in iterative environments Experience working with diverse customer-facing teams to understand needs and constraints Accountability for customer and business outcomes with data-backed results Ability to persuade and align teams through vision and evidence Curiosity about AI/LLM products and applying them to workflows or products Passion for improving public transit in the US and globally Pay Range Salary ranges are provided for transparency. US Salary Range: $100,000 - $180,000. Canadian Salary Range: $145,000 - $180,000. Salaries vary based on role leveling, experience, and location; compensation includes stock options, benefits, and other perks.
