Who We’re Looking For In order to deliver on Revenue & ARPU growth for the Rogers Preferred Program (RPP) customer base, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to join the Base Revenue Management team. The team takes a customer‑focused approach to grow & protect monthly recurring revenue with value‑plan & hardware offers to achieve optimal Base Revenue performance. What You’ll Do Deliver on Base Revenue KPIs for RPP PPC & Renewal Revenue (Volume & Rate), balancing performance and impacts to outflow revenue. Manage KPI performance, provide recommendations to maximize performance across all levers and channels; own the narrative on business results. Define and execute account‑level strategies & develop quarterly roadmaps that deliver on BPPC, Renewal and Outflow targets. Drive operational efficiency in campaign management and streamline campaign designs focusing on plan and hardware value propositions tailored to customer profiles. Design & execute cross‑channel programs, including tests, always‑on campaigns, impact assessment, and delivery via collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Partner with channels, especially digital, to deliver capability enhancements that improve customer experience and campaign conversion. Connect & coordinate with the Retention team & other Base Revenue Marketing Managers to deliver on CBM objectives & priorities. Collaborate closely with cross‑functional members across Marketing and interlock teams (finance, sales, brand) to support the overall strategy from a base management perspective. What You Have Strong passion for the telco industry. Deep understanding of customer base management and related customer journeys. Excellent business and financial acumen to analyze quantitative and qualitative implications of strategic initiatives. Theoretical and practical experience in designing, conducting and measuring customer campaigns/testing. Exceptional program management skills and ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑expectation environments with many stakeholders. Self‑starter who learns quickly, manages processes, and operates independently. Strong storytelling and communication skills to share performance results and insights. Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines. 5+ years of experience in a marketing role. Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent. Experience in Telecommunications is an asset. Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills (SAS and/or Databricks is a nice to have but not required).
