Group Benefits Client Services Consultant JDIMI Consulting is hiring a Client Service Consultant for our eastern Mississauga location. If you are a positive and results-driven individual who excels at providing superior client service and support, we invite you to join our team. You will have a proven track record of strengthening existing relationships and providing high touch, high quality customer service in a fast paced group benefits and financial environment. Responsibilities Anticipate and respond to routine client inquiries, address concerns and provide solutions Review each client request to ensure compliance with policy guidelines Update client databases by processing all types of client changes Monitor client accounts and recommend or initiate coverage changes Coordinate life and disability claim submissions between client, carrier and claimant Prepare detailed Renewal Reports and Benchmarking Analyses Update client coverage and rates and arrange and communicate amendments Complete or coordinate ad hoc reporting as per client requests Prepare and execute RFPs with vendors Apprise clients of ever-changing provincial and federal legislation and potential impact on their benefit program Support client staff with the ongoing administration of their program and expedite claims processing Monitor insurer expenses and reserves to ensure that they are in line with claims experience Review, discuss and negotiate renewals with insurers and or specialty claims administrators Ensure that client programs remain competitive and consistently meeting the client’s needs Seniority Level Associate Employment Type Full-time Job Function Customer Service Industry Insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
