Passion Fruit Partners is hiring a Consultant to join our team to deliver Salesforce implementation projects for nonprofit organizations. Successful candidates will have a combination of strong technical and project management skills, with a passion for creating solutions for our nonprofit clients. Responsibilities: Manage Salesforce implementations/projects for nonprofit organizations Collaborate with team members Design solutions on the Salesforce platform including 3rd party application integration, data migration, and automation Transform business requirements into technical designs, document business process flows, facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders Contribute to the growth of the practice through thought‑leadership Provide mentorship and guidance to other team members Serve as the first point of escalation for clients Support sales cycle and resource planning for team members Gather feedback from clients and team in order to implement best practices and lessons learned from project retrospectives to improve Passion Fruit’s delivery approach Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to ensure effective knowledge sharing and team participation in Passion Fruit’s growth Perpetually contribute to the betterment of Passion Fruit Partners Act as a role model for Passion Fruit’s culture and values Complete your Salesforce Nonprofit Consultant certification within your first 90 days of employment Skills: Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and client‑management skills Excellent communication and business writing skills Self‑directed, takes individual responsibility, self‑motivated, independent thinker Adapts quickly to learning new technologies and working with new tools Excellent organization capabilities, ability to manage different tasks independently, and prioritize responsibilities effectively Qualifications: Salesforce.com Admin Certification required, Salesforce.com Nonprofit Consultant or other Consultant level certifications preferred 3+ years of Salesforce consulting experience required Past experience working with nonprofit organizations Strong time management and communication skills If interested, apply on LinkedIn or send your cover letter and resume to .
