We are looking for a People Leader, Canada, who will partner with business leaders and deliver people strategy and operations across the Canadian region. Key Responsibilities Develop growth strategy to support Canadian business strategy from a people perspective. Collaborate with Executive General Manager Canada to define business priorities. Partner with Regional General Manager and Center of Excellence partners on development and succession needs. Lead through high growth periods and implement effective organizational structure designs. Analyze talent data to provide insight for training, learning and development priorities. Champion Inclusion and Diversity through partnership with of Excellence and Employee Resource Groups. Collaborate with business leadership across all levels in operational matters. Manage performance process, outcomes, and follow-up action for region. Lead and inspire local team to deliver People KPIs and align People processes and programs. Ensure seamless execution of People operations, including payroll, benefits, and compliance. Implement systems and processes to optimize People efficiency and enhance employee experience. Monitor People metrics and analytics to measure effectiveness of initiatives. Ensure region people processes are consistent with company policy and local legal requirements. What you will bring Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred. 10+ years of general experience delivering leadership and system solutions. 10+ years of managerial experience interpreting strategy and policy to deliver objectives. Proven track record managing through high growth periods and implementing effective organizational structures. Proven ability to cultivate positive organizational culture. Client first mindset. Proven ability to develop and align leadership and business groups to support business strategy. Hybrid Work Model Three days a week in office to collaborate and excel in a dynamic environment.
