Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Unreal Engine Developer with a strong background in C++ and Blueprints to join our team. In this role, you will focus on developing custom tools and plugins for architectural visualization (archviz) in Unreal Engine. You will also be involved in automating workflows and processes to improve efficiency and scalability within our development pipeline. This position requires technical expertise, with a strong emphasis on tool creation and process automation.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement custom tools and plugins in Unreal Engine to enhance archviz workflows.

• Work with Blueprints and C++ to create and optimize interactive tools and features.

• Collaborate with technical artists, designers, and other developers to streamline and automate processes, from asset integration to rendering and post-production.

• Assist in building a robust pipeline for importing, managing, and optimizing assets for real-time visualization.

• Identify opportunities for automation within the development workflow and implement solutions to increase efficiency and consistency.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize tools and processes to ensure high performance and stability.

• Stay current with Unreal Engine updates, tools, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.


Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in C++ programming and experience with Blueprints for tool development in Unreal Engine.

• Proven experience developing custom tools, plugins, or systems within Unreal Engine, specifically for architectural visualization or similar fields.

• Understanding of archviz workflows, including asset creation, optimization, and real-time rendering techniques.

• Experience with automation tools, scripts, or frameworks that improve development pipelines and workflows.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

• Passion for architectural visualization, real-time rendering, and process optimization.


Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with CAD/BIM integration workflows and data handling in Unreal Engine.

• Knowledge of VR/AR development and deployment.

• Experience working with source control systems like Git or Perforce.

• Understanding of UI/UX principles for tool design in Unreal Engine.
