Senior Unreal Lead Developer

We are Tiny Potion Tree, a videogame company based in Andorra, seeking a highly skilled Senior Unreal Lead Developer to join our team and work on our main project, Wandersky.
About the Role- Lead Unreal Engine Development: As a Senior Unreal Lead Developer, you will lead the development team using Unreal Engine, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery. You will apply your extensive knowledge to create complex, reusable systems and features that meet project requirements.
- Team Leadership and Management: You will mentor and lead our junior development team, fostering a collaborative, respectful, motivated, and productive environment. You will provide guidance, support, and feedback to team members, ensuring their growth and development.
- Project Coordination: You will collaborate closely with our COO, designer, art director, and other team members to ensure we meet the project goals. You will participate in project planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives, improving and proposing new pipelines and processes.
- Technical Expertise: You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of Unreal Engine's latest features and advancements. You will apply this knowledge to optimize project development processes, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement innovative solutions.
- Quality Assurance: You will oversee and contribute to the testing and quality assurance processes, ensuring that the project is working properly and meets expectations.
We are a medium-sized team with all the knowledge needed to develop the game we're creating. We are a cohesive team and like to work in a good atmosphere. We believe in schedule flexibility, so you can come to the office whenever you want, as long as you can participate in our daily meetings at 10:30 AM.
