Business Consultant

Job Purpose  The Business Consultant is a seasoned business professional responsible for delivering strategic consulting services to clients across various industries. This role requires a deep understanding of business operations to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. The Business Consultant will lead cross-functional teams, manage complex client engagements, and drive measurable business outcomes by providing high-impact solutions that enhance organizational efficiency, profitability, and growth.  You will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and senior management, working collaboratively to solve complex business problems, implement change, and deliver sustainable results. We’re keen to find people with varied experience who can bring a fresh perspective and increase our collective knowledge base.   This role requires:  5+ years of experience in an operational role   Manufacturing / assembly  Warehouse / inventory management  Distribution / supply chain management  Strong business acumen across functional areas  Master of Business Administration an asset  Experience in process design and process mapping  Lean certification an asset  Experience in project execution / IT project management   PMP, Agile, or Waterfall certification is an asset  Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written   Native level English a requirement  Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills  Critical thinking and sound judgement  Proven experience directly managing direct reports an asset  Why we exist   Meira is made up of a team of helpful, passionate, resourceful people who love all things business.
